Are your products for human use?
No. All compounds are sold strictly for laboratory and in-vitro research. They are not medicines, food or cosmetics and are not for human or animal consumption.
How is purity verified?
Each batch is tested by HPLC and mass spectrometry. Certificates of analysis (COA) are available on request for every batch.
What form are the compounds supplied in?
Peptides are supplied as lyophilised (freeze-dried) powder in sealed glass vials for stability during transport.
How should vials be stored?
Store unopened lyophilised vials cool, dry and away from light — ideally at −20 °C for long-term storage, 2–8 °C for short term.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept BTC, ETH and SOL at checkout.
Do you ship outside the EU?
Yes. We offer tracked worldwide shipping from Germany. Available rates and delivery estimates depend on the destination country.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery is 2–4 weeks with standard shipping or 1–2 weeks with express shipping. Tracking is provided after dispatch.
How do I track an order?
Use the Track Order page with your GP order number and the same email address entered at checkout.
Can I request batch documentation?
Yes. Available batch documentation can be requested by email before ordering. Include the compound and vial size you are considering.
What happens after checkout?
Your order is created with a GP reference number. Follow the payment instructions shown at checkout and keep the reference for tracking.
