Unopened items
Unopened, sealed vials may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Email info@greatpeptides.com with your GP order number before sending anything back.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, email a clear photo and your GP order number within 48 hours so the issue can be reviewed.
Return condition
Returned products must remain sealed, unused and in their original packaging. Opened research compounds cannot be accepted.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued after the returned parcel is received and inspected. Network fees from cryptocurrency payments may not be recoverable.
